All staff can issue a warning to anyone spamming or generally breaking rules or being rude/ignoring staff. Staff check your warnings, so a large amount of minor warnings and continued toxic actions can result in a ban.

Its just easier for staff to do it (And we use that to find your rank sometimes & YT/TTV channel sometimes)

You level up by simply talking in text chats, you can gain ranks by reaching certain levels.
